Rare 1890s Petite Glazed Earthenware French Confit Pot or Jar
A truly rare find petite 5" high French Glazed Confit Pot or Jar from France, circa 1890s.
This baby earthenware pot features a solid mustard yellow glaze over the entire pot.
It has two handles with a cylinder body that narrows at the bottom.
There is no hole in the bottom.
In the past these small pots were commonly used on a dining table for holding olives.
It displays beautifully and would be a wonderful addition for a collection or on it's own.
