This gorgeous hand painted charger features the traditional underglaze colors of cobalt blue, rusty red and gold with a scalloped gilded rim.
The central medallion displays a floral arrangement in a vase with surrounding cartouches displaying stylized white chrysanthemums over blue and white scrolling foliate over red background.
