A unique French Bistro style coat and hat rack that is made for wall mounting.
Circa 1890-1920s.
Made in France.
It is comprised of a lovely hardwood base with three iron hooks each secured with a metal backplate.
The iron stem features a turned wood cap on top for hats and a lower curved wood hook for supporting coats.
There is a hole through the wood base on each end for mounting hardware.
These racks were popular in French bistros, pubs and entryways of homes.
It would be perfect for a French Country look.
