A beautiful French Majolica Longchamp glazed oyster plate in a vibrant emerald green color from circa early 1920s.
The absence of a mark on Longchamp oyster plates indicate the older age.
This plate features the iconic basket weave design background and rope border known to Longchamp with six seashell shaped wells for oysters and a central raised well for condiments.
It displays beautifully as a centerpiece or in a collection and is functional for serving.

Condition Notes: Very good antique condition with minor wear consistent with age. No cracks however there are some minor nibbles on the center of the plate as noted in photos. There are also light reflections in some of the photos.
